Beth values the role of spirituality in therapy and welcomes people of all spiritual beliefs. As a trained Christian counsellor, Beth draws from cognitive behavioural, acceptance and commitment, solution-focused, internal family systems, and emotionally focused therapies to tailor the best treatment plan for you.

Past Life & Experiences

Counselling is a second career for Beth, who has over 20 years of experience as a science and engineering librarian, engaging with university students and their concerns. After earning her B.Sc. from the University of Guelph, M.Sc. from the University of Manitoba, and MLIS from Western University, Beth worked at the University of Guelph before moving to the United States in 2001 with her family. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2020 and recently returned to London to be with her family. Beth understands the challenges of settling into a new country and can guide you through this process.
