I am currently a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with individuals (adolescents 15-18 and adults 18+) and couples. Some of the modalities I use include cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness, and acceptance work.
