I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (#10073). I earned my Bachelor of Psychology degree at Brock University in 2018 and my Master of Counselling Psychology degree at Yorkville University in 2021.
I have experience assisting clients with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, separation or divorce, historical abuse/trauma, interpersonal/family conflict, self-esteem and/or confidence issues, job loss, and significant life changes.
I am a kind, compassionate, and open-minded therapist who focuses on building rapport and a therapeutic relationship, with an emphasis on clients’ strengths and unique circumstances. I use an integrative approach where clients are supported by utilizing various therapeutic modalities to meet their distinct needs in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I utilize psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy in my work with clients. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and stages of life.
