With a Master’s degree in Psychology and training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hannah works with anxiety disorders, depression and stress management. Her approach is client-centred and offers personalized strategies for lasting change. Hannah is warm and professional and is your guide on your journey to mental health. Hannah offers sessions in person in London and virtually across Ontario.

At our Burlington office, Hailey creates a safe and supportive space for clients to feel heard and seen. With a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and training in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Hailey works with couples and individuals with emotional regulation issues, life transitions and relationship challenges. Her sessions help clients discover themselves, build resilience and grow in meaningful ways so they can live life with confidence. Hailey offers therapy in person in Burlington and virtually across Ontario.
