With a Master’s degree in Psychology and extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Hannah specializes in treating anxiety disorders, depression, and stress management. Her approach is client-centred, offering tailored strategies that empower clients to achieve lasting change. Hannah’s warmth and professionalism make her a trusted partner in her clients’ journeys toward mental health. Hannah currently offers in-person therapy in London and virtual therapy across Ontario.

At our Burlington office, Hailey offers a compassionate and supportive environment where clients feel understood and valued. Holding a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and trained in both Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Emotion-Focused Psychotherapy (EFT), Hailey is particularly adept at working with couples and individuals facing emotional regulation issues, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. Her therapeutic sessions are designed to foster self-discovery, resilience, and meaningful growth, helping clients navigate life’s complexities with confidence. Hailey currently offers in-person therapy in Burlington and virtual therapy across Ontario.

Therapists need to be registered as psychotherapists with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or to be registered as social workers with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
